Rob Walters is one of the worlds leading high performance coaches. After working for a decade with the select few from premier league footballers, professional athletes, actors, singers, CEO’s and presidents of companies to working with some for the top footsie 500 companies, he is now extending his services to everyone who need it.
Robert started his career in the health and fitness arena where he was a regular Fitness cover star, presenter, coach and writer. Robert understands the mind body connection like no other.
It was during his time in Health and fitness where he experienced an epiphany, that 2 people could have the same body type, genetics, resources and training and one would be successful while the other failed over and over again. It was at this point he realised that any success a person has is 80% psychology and 20% action.
This was the point where Robert fully immersed himself into the practical psychology behind success, high performance and the art of fulfilment.
He went on to write and direct a series of SKY TV shows such as the “The Fitness Suit” and a popular life coaching show called “Lord Knows”.
Now he spends his time travelling the globe giving talks on high performance strategies and working alongside his private clients as well as conducting small master mind groups.
He believes that in business the quality of the environment and culture dictates the overall level of success of the company, whereas in individual people they must truly understand “why” they do what they do and the “cause” which drives it.
